- Engineering; we manage new buildings and renovations of dwelling and business premises. We take care of implementation and supervision of all stages: from construction to artisanal works.
- Construction and sale of real estate; we invest into construction of dwelling and business facilities for the sale on market.
- Management of real estate; in addition to basic management we offer to apartment owners various hotel services packages, which can help improve the quality of daily living, which is a novelty in the field of management of apartment buildings. At the time of absence of the owners, we offer, within this set of hotel services, the possibility of short-term rental of apartments and consequently better returns on investment.
Our team
The founders of Clipplus d.o.o. are Iztok Lampič, d.i.g. and Peter Cesar u.d.i.a.
Iztok Lampič has been managing Gekom d.o.o., one of the larger companies for geodesy in Slovenia, and has been present on construction sites and in the development of larger projects since 2000.
Peter Cesar is the manager Arhitektura2211, a firm of architects, BDP družba za investicije d.o.o. and the family company Finance Consulting d.o.o., which deals with renting own real estate.
Mag. Meta Tomaž has 15 years of experience in the hotel industry and has a real estate agent license.
